I'll never understand that. It's almst as if they have been socially programmed for so long to not judge a person for their actions that they are incapable of critical thinking at any level.

And yet we see it over and over and over. Even after they are banned some still defend Old LardAss.

Psychophants is the perfect word for those koolaid guzzling butt kissers.

I can't keep up with the banhammered, but what is glaringly obvious is the sheer number of MIAs, those who quietly went away without a word.

I think the only thing left over there is sock puppets, Tb staff's and ours.

They've hunted down real identities and made death threats. They post your personal info, including mundane name and street address, so that you can be harassed. They've sent hate mail and even phoned family members and acquaintances of board members.They're internet terrorists.You are correct that most are former members who got banned, or left because nobody else could stand them. I suspect that they had no life to begin with, and that partially accounts for their behavior.They do not strike me as being particularly intelligent. A few are quite articulate, but engage in behavior that is, at the very best, extremely childish. One of their favorite pastimes is to get pictures of the members and photoshop them into monsters, paste their faces onto animals, etc. They probably drew mustaches on their teachers' faces in grade school and considered themselves very clever... The problem is with the ones whose behavior crosses the border from simply infantile to deranged. These folks are waaaaayyyy out there and their antics qualify as both slander and stalking. They know who their targets are in real life, and have reached out to disrupt and inflict real harm. These folks need to be identified and stopped.Some of these other boards began as civilized hangouts - folks who were banned or who had left for one reason or another went over there to stay in contact with friends here. They were gradually pushed aside and the hangouts quickly degenerated into lowlife dives. A shame in more ways than one.__________________

Just got back from the holiday weekend.  Turns out I'm banned there.  Absolutely no reason for it.

Lardass always seems to hurt the ones that are innocent tho.

DO's still on his crusade against the unbelievers. laughing.gif  I think Kimber bought his way back in for a time with a $500 donation, then got banned again.  There was a dispute about his expectation that the donation would then be returned to him, and so I think his ban instead got rescinded, but I'm not sure.  I just can't keep up with all the drama, lol.  Then fruit loop also was reinstated, by exemplifying the lack of wisdom and character necessary to not be incorporated into the delusion of persecution du jour.  I don't recall any others returning, out of the few dozen that have been banned since last fall and thru the current pretend crisis.

Just a reality check so folks understand that all of the exposure Lardass gets oftens boomerangs on his detractors (not that we should stop tearing him an (ugh!) new one)...

I have a really great friend on TB and of course Lardass is the one topic that is taboo, though not by my choice or lack of trying biggrin. This person told me today that he/she is considering sending the "annual fee" even though he/she is not required to as a long time member and even though he/she has never sent Fat Boy a dime in all these years.

The Kool Aid is poisonous and has the shelf life of salt... no expiration date on devotion to The Chub.

We are in agreement about one thing when it comes to DJO: The house is hideous. He/She even laughed out loud. But, sadly, that is the closest thing to criticism I've ever heard from this particular friend.

Hope he/she never boards "The Last Train to Jonesville".  cry
