I need some advice.

I wanna start a discussion board for buyers/sellers/collectors of vintage guitars
etc etc etc ...
for western canada...
nothing fancy...just where various buyers/sellers etc can give a heads up to others
as to what they have or tell each other what theyre looking for etc etc..
and share info on shows and so forth.

So I need ah pick your brains

How do I go about finding one for cheap or free

I think best start off free not sure if this thing will even fly but I have a couple
people (sellers) interested ...just need a place to swap info and mayhaps pictures.

All suggestions would be appreciated
