Hope for that boards sake they remain only members. Lord knows how they've proven themselves incompetent to be moderators.

Don't recognize the board officers as they are now so maybe the board has a chance in that regard. Gonna be tough tho as they aren't screening their membership for retards, and they have a boatload so far.

I don't know who the hell the mod (Avila) is, but J.C. Refuse already has sticky notes on his hellish products for sale. That makes me think that he was in it from the�start and that perhaps House Wolf (Admin) is from TB.�It makes sense.

Just back from a quick cruise through the Bomb. Barely 1 1/2 pages of less than 3 1/2 pages are today's posts and nearly all are MORONIC. Example

Here's the scam.� You have three "staff" levels - local forum, global forum and admin.� You create three staff accounts to handle those duties.� When a mod, say Satanita the Twisted Dwarf, logs in as itself, cruises around and finds something that it wants to "moderate" it logs off and logs back in under the global mod account, does its little dirty work, then logs off, and back in as Satanita.� When eXe wants to mod something he does the same using the same account.

Remember the movie The Princess Bride and the Pirate Roberts?� Kinda like that.

You can bet your ass the same people running TB2Gay are running the Tree of Liability too.� Mad Genius says so.

DO would like everyone to think that he's a freedom loving guy, but what they will eventually find out is that he likes his freedom to do as he pleases as long as everyone else is his serf.

I'd like to know exactly why he felt the need to create a whole new board. Does he feel he can distance himself from TB by having another site, so that when TB circles the drain for the last time and gets flushed, he'll have another board to feed his need for money and "power"?

This is DO's next move IMO. He'll claim that the evil attackers are forcing him to close TB and invite the chosen to the Tree, which is even more tightly controlled that TB. They've already had their first banning (Aleph Null, big surprise), when AO asked how open the discussion was and was told to toe the line or leave.

Wanna bet that it's set up as a different corp from TB, so when the lawsuits start flying DO can just claim bankruptcy at TB and then move operations to his new Treehouse.

Upon further reading and research I've come to the conclusion for myself that the new board absolutly reeks of olsen. Realize that many here already think so and I want to thank everyone for their good work in pointing out clues and hard facts.

Too many things stink with this board and it's a damn shame. I'll be keeping my membership there for C&P when things blow up. Oh well, he'll be outed soon enough I imagine. Wonder what the next trick will be? TB2012?

Agree with what farmer said. Wouldn't be surprised if some one else doesn't soon take control of TB to settle things down while DO stays in the background and is silently in charge of both forums. That would be the best scenario, but should the TSHTF for him then he'll just bankrupt TB and move on to greener pastures. JMO.

You have to know that the main thing about these boards is the money. Perhaps he's thought about it, and is getting ready to chuck the board. The board(TB2K) is not the corporation, the hardware and the posts are the assets. All he has to do is essentially change the name of the board he uses�and continue on as before.� He'll still own and run "the corporation".� He'll still believe that the suckers who frequent his board should pay all costs for the board, plus some "extra" for the secret kitty (knowwhadImean?).

The fact that this new board is hosted in Jon's garage is the dead giveaway that it's DO's board. No one else would be so stupid as to do this.

I dunno what the big deal is about posting IP's either. This board has the option of making them visible for everyone. I post at another place which has Studio 54 which has your IP addy under your login name. Again, visible to all.

One would think it makes accountability part of the mix.
