Q for Researchers: Date of Last LardAss Meltdown?

When was the last time Lardass had a major meltdown and went on a huge banning spree? And how long ago was it that he had another meltdown, banned a bunch of people, left mods like Expose' in charge, while he went off to jail/rehab? I know its cyclic. I was just trying to see where we were in the cycle.
